The agreement between Conpleks and Erhvervshus Midtjylland on a business mentor solution turned out to be extraordinary good, as the mentor continued within Conpleks as chairman of the board.<\/em><\/p>\n

Throughout the years, Conpleks has worked with Erhvervshus Midtjylland on several occasions making Tom Simonsen aware of the different solutions, Erhvervshus Midtjylland has to offer. Therefore, he contacted Erhvervshus Midtjylland, when he lacked sparring in connection with strategy development. Erhvervshus Midtjylland proposed a one-year solution with a business mentor, which Conpleks accepted.<\/p>\n

– When we sealed the deal regarding the one-year agreement on a business mentor from Erhvervshus Midtjylland, we had no idea that it would end in a permanent solution, as our mentor, Allan Skovgaard, continued as chairman of the board. In the end, we have gained a lot more from the agreement than we expected, explains Tom Simonsen, CEO at Conpleks, and continues,<\/p>\n

– When we open the company to competent, external people who look at things from other perspectives, we have to show that we can stay focused on the strategy and work on the agreements, we make. This way, we become more focused and the strategy is being prioritized.<\/p>\n
