Virksomheden har siden marts 2014 deltaget i SAFE-projektet (Safer Autonomous Farming Equipment), der tager udgangspunkt i problemstillingen omkring sikkerhed til intelligente selvk\u00f8rende landbrugsmaskiner, som skal kunne detektere b\u00e5de dyr og mennesker i marken.<\/p>\n<p>I SAFE-projektet udvikler Conpleks Innovation adf\u00e6rdskontrol-software til avancerede landbrugsredskaber og selvk\u00f8rende landbrugsrobotter, og laver sikkerhedsvalideringer af, blandt andet, projektpartneren AGROINTELLI\u2019s nye selvk\u00f8rende landbrugsrobot \u2019Robotti\u2019. Intelligent adf\u00e6rd og h\u00f8j sikkerhed vil komme til at spille en stor rolle, n\u00e5r robotten skal sl\u00e5 gr\u00e6s eller udf\u00f8re mekanisk ukrudtsbek\u00e6mpelse p\u00e5 marken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Robotadf\u00e6rd og sikkerhedsstandarder<br \/>\n<\/strong>Conpleks Innovation har her n\u00e6sten to \u00e5r inde i projektet f\u00e5et stort udbytte af at v\u00e6re med i SAFE-projektet. Dels har virksomheden videreudviklet og dermed styrket en allerede eksisterende produktfamilie, kontrolenheden Conpleks Robotech Controller, og den tilh\u00f8rende software. Dels har virksomheden f\u00e5et ny viden om sikkerhedsstandarder. En viden, der giver dem mulighed for at udvide deres forretningsomr\u00e5der.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 SAFE-projektet har v\u00e6ret medvirkende til, at vi har f\u00e5et alle aspekter omkring produktsikkerhedsomr\u00e5det helt ind p\u00e5 rygmarven. Vi har l\u00e6rt s\u00e5 meget om sikkerhedsstandarder, at vi nu kan gennemf\u00f8re sikkerheds- og risikovurderinger p\u00e5 b\u00e5de egne og andres produkter. S\u00e5 vi f\u00e5r virkelig bygget nogle kompetencer op her, som kan bruges bredt inden for vores forretningsomr\u00e5der,<\/em> udtaler Tom Simonsen, direkt\u00f8r i Conpleks Innovation Aps.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ny robot bliver sendt p\u00e5 gr\u00e6s<br \/>\n<\/strong>Helt konkret er den videreudviklede Conpleks Robotech Controller blevet introduceret i en helt ny selvk\u00f8rende robot, der bliver produceret af virksomheden Intelligent Marking. Den fuldautomatiske markeringsrobot Intelligent One laver afstribning af sportsanl\u00e6g, hvor man ogs\u00e5 i h\u00f8j grad har brug for sikker robotadf\u00e6rd og validering af sikkerheden.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 Den viden og erfaring om selvk\u00f8rende robotter, som vi har bygget op i SAFE-projektet, har vi brugt i sikkerhedsvurderingen af Intelligent One. I stedet for at stoppe op n\u00e5r robotten st\u00f8der ind i en forhindring, vil man eksempelvis kunne arbejde videre med at give robotten mulighed for at s\u00e6tte hastigheden ned og stoppe helt op inden en eventuel p\u00e5k\u00f8rsel af en forhindring.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 Selv om der umiddelbart er stor forskel p\u00e5 at bruge en robot til landbrugsopgaver og til opkridtning af fodboldbaner, s\u00e5 er der alligevel mange teknologiske og adf\u00e6rdsm\u00e6ssige ligheder<\/em>, tilf\u00f8jer Tom Simonsen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Innovationsprojekt er f\u00f8dselshj\u00e6lper p\u00e5 nyt produkt<br \/>\n<\/strong>Fokus for SAFE-projektet er udvikling af sikkerhed omkring automatiserede landbrugsmaskiner, men resultaterne fra projektet vil blive brugt i en bredere forstand inden for alle former for selvk\u00f8rende maskiner. H\u00e5bet er, at den viden og de resultater, der bliver skabt i projektet, kommer ud og arbejde til fordel for danske virksomheder.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u2013 Innovationsfondsprojektet har givet os mulighed for at opbygge en stor viden inden for sikkerhed omkring automatiserede redskaber, og vi kan m\u00e6rke, at det allerede nu skaber synergi i forhold til vores \u00f8vrige udviklingsprojekter<\/em>, udtaler projektleder Ole Green fra AGROINTELLI.<\/p>\n<p>Conpleks Innovation har igennem SAFE-projektet, f\u00e5et mulighed for at fremskynde videreudviklingen af deres kontrolenhed Conpleks Robotech Controller 101. Allerede her i 1. kvartal af 2016 kommer der derfor en opgraderet udgave af controlleren p\u00e5 markedet. Controlleren bliver brugt i stort set alle de projekter, virksomheden deltager i.<\/p>\n<p>SAFE-projektet er finansieret af Innovationsfonden med et budget p\u00e5 29 millioner kroner, og k\u00f8rer i perioden 1. marts 2014 \u2013 31. august 2017.
