– When we sealed the deal regarding the one-year agreement on a business mentor from Erhvervshus Midtjylland, we had no idea that it would end in a permanent solution, as our mentor, Allan Skovgaard, continued as chairman of the board. In the end, we have gained a lot more from the agreement than we expected, explains Tom Simonsen, CEO at Conpleks, and continues,
– When we open the company to competent, external people who look at things from other perspectives, we have to show that we can stay focused on the strategy and work on the agreements, we make. This way, we become more focused and the strategy is being prioritized.
