Huge interest for the remodeling in BusinessPark Struer

Right now, BusinessPark Struer is center of a major remodeling, where modern materials and colors removes the building’s ten years old look bit by bit. The approximately 60 different companies, including Conpleks, BusinessPark Struer is housing, are benefitting greatly from the makeover. 

The local newspaper, Dagbladet Struer, visited BusinessPark Struer to take a closer look at the huge changes. During the visit, they stopped by at Conpleks’ new office, as Conpleks has been a resident since the very beginning around ten years ago.

Familiar surroundings in new settings
Over the years, Conpleks has been housed in various locations in BusinessPark Struer. For the past five years, the company has shared a larger area with another company, where office and corridor areas have been separated by high shelves. With the remodeling, Conpleks gets a closed and size-appropriate office space.

– We have now moved back to our usual place, but while we have been away, some huge transformations have been completed. Our office has now become up-to-date and stylish with white walls and glass sections facing the corridors. We have also had the opportunity to set up a separated laboratory in one end with room for our robots and tools, says Tom Simonsen, CEO of Conpleks, and continues,

Article on Conpleks' new office facilities– After we have moved back, the other leases around us are slowly being filled up. It is great to welcome new businesses in the new offices next to ours. Hence, the whole idea behind a business park is to create synergies between the companies; and the more companies, the bigger is the chance of collaborating.

Long-term job
The first phase of the remodeling consisted of a modernization of the common meeting rooms. Then the craftsmen went to the northern end of BusinessPark Struer, where Conpleks is located, and currently they are working on the building in the middle. All in all, the transformation creates more than 25 new offices, 16 desk spaces and two large conference areas. Therefore, there is still plenty to look forward to for the local craftsmen working on the remodeling.
