Conpleks initiates international collaboration based on local Craft Cluster

The first collaboration between one of the sound companies within Sound Hub Denmark and a Complementary Craft Cluster member is now a reality.

Together with Swiss AVAtronics, Conpleks has initiated the first collaboration facilitated by Sound Hub Denmark based on the Complementary Craft Cluster, where sound companies from all over the world are united with highly skilled Struer-based companies.

– We are really happy about this first collaboration, as it proves what we have known all along – we have so many highly competence specialists in our area, and Sound Hub Denmark is a great platform for match-making between companies to drive innovation to the next level. We see a potential for many other collaborations between companies establishing themselves in Sound Hub Denmark and the Craft Cluster that is already here, states Peter Petersen, CEO of Sound Hub Denmark.

Huge potential
AVAtronics is working with innovative and pioneering active noise cancellation solutions that are capable of selectively cancelling all annoying noises without compromising the quality of music or speech. As the Swiss-based company is still on an early stage in the development process and wants to take a step further towards the market, the collaboration with Conpleks focuses on feasibility studies, prototyping, PCB design and solutions for proof of concept.

– We are looking into three different projects right now, and I believe that this is just the beginning, as these projects can lead to even more projects with various companies within Sound Hub Denmark. We see a huge potential in teaming up with companies that decide to be a part of Sound Hub Denmark – not only for Conpleks but also for the other Craft Cluster members, emphasizes Tom Simonsen, CEO of Conpleks.
